HK523  Door Bell Sound Generator IC.
This IC can produce two different sounds: a "Ding-Dong" sound or a "Bird" sound, depending on how the IC is  configured.
The App Note shows how to set it up and how to modify the sounds. The IC comes in a DIP-16 package.
