This kit is a very clean-sounding 6-watt Guitar Amplifier with 2 independent outputs. This is great for learning new songs or just playing along with your favorite music. You can use just one output or both going to two different speakers.

It will accept your guitar input via a 1/4" phono jack into a high-impedance FET circuit. The guitar sound is then routed thru a Marshall Tone Stack with Bass, Mid and Treble controls. It is then fed to a low-noise pre-amplifier prior to going into a 6 Watt Audio Amplifier. This circuit actually gives you two outputs that can go to two different speakers. Connect the output to your speaker cabinet for a neat experience. The PCB is approx 5.5" wide x 2.5" deep.

The Audio Power Amplifier is a TDA1517 in a SIP-9 package. We also offer the exact same 6-Watt Amplifier in the DIP-18 package but with a RED PCB. Exact same performance either way.

Both outputs are available either as a 1/4" jack or an RCA female connector. Use the Option to select which one you want. Each output can drive an 8 or 16 Ohm speaker. Total output is 6 Watts per Output channel. Yes, you will also get 4 knobs with each kit.

The operating voltage is 12vdc but can go as low as 8vdc. It has two 470uF Filter Capacitors on the input power for additional filtering. You will need a 12vdc power supply capable of delivering at least 1 amp, a 10-watt or better power supply will work just fine.

This is a kit. You will need soldering tools and supplies. An 8 to 16 Ohm, 5W (or higher) speaker is required, none is supplied.

We also offer this as a Built & Tested unit for those that do not want to build it themselves.

Remember, all of our kits are designed and assembled here, in Ocala, FL.
