Guitar Effects Pedal DIY Kit - 4 Potentiometers - 1590BB

This is for those individuals that want to design their own Guitar Effects Pedal. It provides a PCB designed to fit nicely in a Hammond 1590BB enclosure (not included). You can design your own Pedals with provisions to accommodate up to four potentiometers. Use one for Volume and three for your specific custom effects. Your design choice.

The PCB has 970 plated-thru-holes spaced in 0.100" intervals. The holes are 0.036" with 0.070" annular rings. To allow for maximum height inside of the 1590B enclosure, the PCB is 0.020" thick. PCB is FR-4 with Blue Solder Mask. The PCB is designed for optimum space usage and component placements. 

The PCB has room for up to four potentiometers and accommodates two 1/4" phono jacks, one on each side. The corners are notched so as to fit snuggly in the enclosure. The holes for mounting the Potentiometers are 0.67" in diameter. You will also get 4 clear rubber feet for placing under the PCB when placing it in the enclosure. This is to maintain an even offset from the PCB to the enclosure.

... One standard size 3PDT Foot "Stomp" switch which is a must when making your own Guitar Effects Pedal

... One standard 2.1mm DC Power panel mount connector with mounting nut.

... Two 1/4" Phono Jacks with mounting hardware. These are mono jacks.

... Four Rubber feet for PCB interior mounting.

The Footswitch comes with a NightFire Electronics designed PCB developed for easy installion. It provides true bypass. Check the Footswitch PCB Schematic for circuit and layout. You get the option of using it or not.
