Guitar Effects Pedal Perfboard Kit - 2 Potentiometers - 1590B

This is for those individuals that want to design their own Guitar Effects Pedal. It provides a PCB designed to fit nicely in a Hammond 1590B enclosure. You can design your own Pedals with provisions to accommodate up to two  potentiometers.

It has 516 plated-thru-holes spaced in 0.100" intervals. The holes are 0.036" with 0.070" annular rings. To allow for maximum height inside of the 1590B enclosure, the PCB is 0.020" thick. PCB is FR-4 with Blue Solder Mask. The PCB is designed for optimum space usage and component placements. 

The PCB has room for two potentiometers and accommodates two 1/4" phono jacks, one on each side. The corners are notched so as to fit snuggly in the enclosure. The holes for mounting the Potentiometers are 0.67" in diameter. You will also get 4 clear rubber feet for placing under the PCB when placing it in the enclosure. This is to maintain an even offset from the PCB to the enclosure.

The PCB also has provision for a standard size 3PDT Foot "Stomp" switch which is a must when making your own Guitar Effects Pedal. The DC Power Jack is a 2.1mm panel mount with mounting nut. The 1/4" Phono Jacks are mono jacks.

The Footswitch comes with either a NightFire Electronics designed PCB developed for easy installion or not. It provides true bypass. Check the Footswitch PCB Schematic for circuit and layout. You can also get it without the Footswitch PCB if you so desire.

The enclosure is a Hammond 1590B and we offer it in Red, Blue, White, or Black powder coating. We also offer one with no powder coating at all. The enclosure is not pre-drilled because of the many different ways that the PCB can be used. However, we can drill it for you at no charge to fit the PCB but you gotta let us know when purchasing it.
